EXPLORE THE FIRST LADIES
BE INSPIRED AT THE NATIONAL FIRST LADIES LIBRARY & MUSEUM
Make a day of it in downtown Canton when you visit the National First Ladies Library & Museum at the First Ladies National Historic Site. Public tours of the historic Saxton-McKinley House are first-come, first-served and are offered daily at 10:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 2:00 p.m. We recommend planning about 2 to 3 hours for your visit, which includes the 50-minute tour of the Saxton House, ample time to explore our exhibit galleries across three floors of the museum, and a chance to browse our newly expanded gift shop.
Looking for a more in-depth experience for your group of 8 or more? Visitors can also book a private, curator-led tour of the exhibit and the Saxton House for a special behind-the-scenes look at the lives and legacies of America’s First Ladies. Call 330.293.3844 or email us today to schedule your VIP experience!
Come in the morning and enjoy lunch at a restaurant in downtown Canton... or come in the afternoon and stay for dinner. You’re also welcome to bring your own lunch and enjoy it in the picturesque First Ladies Park!
