First Ladies of the US Jackie Kennedy Full Image

The young Jacqueline Bouvier’s privileged upbringing and education inspired her to lead an exciting life filled with books and travel. As First Lady, Jacqueline orchestrated extraordinary experiences during the Kennedy Administration, and her iconic fashions set clothing trends. Her diplomatic etiquette and grace at the White House and as a goodwill ambassador abroad charmed the world. In an unprecedented step, Jacqueline shared with the American public a television program conducting a personal tour of the White House restorations. However, it was her strength as a widow in a time of national crisis after her husband’s assassination that implanted her image into American history.
