MUSEUM RESEARCH CENTER

Want to dive deeper, conduct additional research, and learn even more about our nation's First Ladies?

The National First Ladies Library & Museum has a vast collection of books and journals dating back to the foundation of the United States of America and its original First Lady, Martha Washington.

We have an equally extensive online library that's updated regularly as First Ladies are appointed and new information is discovered.

We can provide assistance on base-level information as well as direction on how to best utilize our resources. However, we are unable to provide information on genealogy or the appraisal or provenance of items.
